EcoAdventures Costa Rica Volancoes, Cloud Forests & Pacific Beaches Tour Map

Hummingbird Gallery,
Monteverde Cloud Forest, Costa Rica

Day 1: Arrive San Jose, Costa Rica Transfer to your selected hotel.
Day 2: San Jose/Arenal Mid-morning motorcoach departure for a tour of Arenal National Park, followed by a visit to Tabacon Resort, where you can enjoy the many different natural hot springs and pools. A delicious dinner and snacks included. (B, D)
Day 3: Arenal Leisure day for optional tours. (B)
Day 4: Arenal/Monteverde Morning departure for a two-hour transfer to Monteverde via boat crossing Lake Arenal and then taxi to Monteverde. Accommodations in selected hotel. (B)

Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica

Day 5: Monteverde Morning hike through Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, viewing the misty forest with its dense vegetation. Visit the Hummingbird Gallery and Cheese Factory. Afternoon at leisure for optional tours. (B)
Day 6: Monteverde/Tamarindo Morning departure via shuttle service for a six-hour transfer to Tamarindo Beach in Guanacaste Province on the Pacific. Accommodations in selected hotel. (B)
Days 7 & 8: Tamarindo Leisure days for optional tours. (B Daily)
Day 9: Depart Tamarindo Transfer to the Liberia Airport, or extend your stay in Costa Rica with additional destinations. (B)
